However, Penelope (Nicola Coughlan) becomes jealous and doesn't want Colin to be taken advantage of, so she exposes the pregnancy in Lady Whistledown's newsletter. And as they dance, Queen Charlotte suggests that Edwina would be a good match for her nephew, who also happens to be a prince. “What a scandal.” That may be true, but Edwina thinks that they look beautiful, and on Queen Charlotte’s orders, others begin to dance. On the dancefloor, as Wrecking Ball plays, Kate and Anthony give into their feeling as all eyes watch them. When Lord Jack realizes that his scheme will not work for much longer, she suggests that he and Portia travel to America. As Eloise receives confirmation from Theo that Lady Whistledown uses the store to print her letters, Queen Charlotte blames Eloise for the wedding failing to go ahead. And with the upcoming featherington ball in due course, Portia wants to show off how well her family is doing. Meanwhile, Portia forbids Penelope from going anywhere near Eloise.
